Who Are My Credit Union Constituents?
The Arizona Credit Union League and Affiliates represents 52 credit unions and 1.6 million members across the state of Arizona. There are 91 million credit union members across the United States. We are also able to provide the number of credit union members based on Congressional on Legislative Districts, if you would like a report for your district please feel free to contact one of our Governmental Affairs Contacts.
Our mission is to protect, promote and perpetuate the credit union movement in Arizona and the best way to do so is to make sure credit unions have a voice in Washington D.C. and Phoenix. As member owners, each person that belongs to a credit union has a vested interest in their financial institution and is seen as more engaged in the political process than an average consumer.
